Assessments

Awareness begins with a mirror, a collection of self-tests.

Conflict Reaction Type Assessment

This assessment is designed not to label you, but to help you gain deeper self-awareness regarding your natural tendencies when under stress or facing conflict. We all respond to perceived threats using four fundamental survival strategies: Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn (People-Pleasing).

The goal of this tool is to identify whether your reactions are driven by conscious choice or by automatic, subconscious triggers rooted in your nervous system.

  • High Scores indicate an automatic, instinctual "override" that happens frequently.
  • Low Scores indicate a high degree of conscious choice and autonomy in that particular response.
  • Moderate Scores reflect functional, situationally flexible behavior.

By understanding your unique patterns of activation and deactivation, you can move from reacting to responding. This knowledge is the first step toward building a more robust, conscious, and flexible conflict repertoire in both your personal and professional life.
