Assessments

Awareness begins with a mirror, a collection of self-tests.

Relational Trigger Self-Assessment

This is a brief self-evaluation designed to provide insight into emotional triggers within relationships.

You will be asked to reflect on the past month and indicate how often certain situations have triggered a strong, automatic, or difficult-to-control emotional response.

The questions focus on three key areas:

  • Invalidation and Rejection – the need for recognition, acceptance, and connection
  • Control and Autonomy – personal freedom, boundaries, and the need for predictability
  • Self-Image and Trust – self-worth, feeling understood, and trust in relationships

There are no right or wrong answers. Your honest responses will provide valuable insight into patterns that may influence your relationships, communication, and responses to stress.

Your honesty is valuable for your personal development.

The results may be used as a starting point for reflection or further personal development.
