The Super-Organism: The Organization as a Parasitic Machine

Why do so many large corporations feel like cold, soulless machines? In this article, we examine organizations through the lens of system logic and discover an uncomfortable truth: many modern corporations function as parasitic super-organisms. Programmed with a source code of profit-seeking and control, they stifle the human scale and individual sovereignty. Learn how the 'Legacy Code' of the powers that be corrupts the flow of information (the Dashboard) and why the current steering by AI and multinationals necessitates a radical System Audit of our working world.

Why Profit-Seeking and Control Corrupt the Source Code of Business

When we examine an organization through the lens of IVDAVRA and My Big TOE, we see a collective "computing entity." But while a human still has the potential to become sovereign, many organizations are programmed with a destructive intent. They are avatars for the "Powers That Be" (PTB), designed for extraction, not evolution.

Step 1: The Collective Avatar (Hardware)

An organization is the physical vehicle (buildings, IT systems, logistics) for a group of people. But unlike a human body, the organizational avatar has no conscience of its own. It simply executes the commands of the "User" at the top.

Step 2: Corporate Culture as Legacy Code

Culture is the subconscious of the organization. it is the collection of unwritten rules and traumas.

  • The Logic: In many large corporations, this code is based on fear and hierarchy. This creates a system with extremely high entropy (noise and chaos). People are called "Human Resources", literally fuel for the machine.

Step 3: The Hijacked Intent (Profit and Control)

This is where the source code becomes corrupt. The true "Users" (shareholders and the PTB) often have a goal that is diametrically opposed to the well-being of the people within the organization:

  • Profit-Seeking: The system is programmed to extract every drop of value for the benefit of the shareholder.
  • Control: Those in power lack empathy; they view the organization as an algorithm that must be manageable and predictable. Empathy is seen as a "system error" that gets in the way of efficiency.

Step 4: The Flawed Programmers (Leadership)

The people steering these machines are often trapped in their own Legacy Code.

  • The Logic: Leaders with unprocessed ego or trauma project their own pathology onto the company. A narcissistic CEO creates a narcissistic organization. GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out) at the executive level ensures the entire organization becomes a reflection of the flawed psyche of the top.

Step 5: The Scale of Corruption (SME vs. Multinationals)

Type of Organization Intent (Source Code) Empathy Level
SME (MKB) Often focused on craftsmanship and local value. The owner is close, preserving the human scale. Relatively High. The "User" still sees their staff as people.
Big Companies Bureaucracy takes over. Focus shifts to market share and political games. Medium to Low. Empathy becomes a marketing term (CSR) rather than a core value.
Multinationals Purely algorithmic management. The goal is global dominance and monopoly. Zero. Humans are replaceable parts in a global spreadsheet.

Step 6: The Corrupted Dashboard

An organization makes decisions based on reports. But because the culture is based on fear, no one dares to tell the truth.

  • The Logic: Leadership looks at a "polished" Dashboard while the workforce collapses under the pressure. The organization begins to hallucinate; it believes its own PR stories while entropy eats the system from within.

Step 7: The Necessity for a System Audit

An organization can only survive if it loses its "Institutional Form" and returns to its human core. This requires:

  1. Debugging the Intent: Shift the goal from profit maximization to value creation (lowering entropy).
  2. Radical Transparency: Restore information integrity on the Dashboard.
  3. Letting Go: Releasing the urge for control by the PTB.
