Knowledge about biology, psychology en energy psychology
Our own biology is currently our greatest obstacle. In this final part, we dissect how hormones and algorithms keep us trapped in a 'machine-mode,' and why transcending your own predictability is the ultimate form of rebellion.
We have reached the final station of logic. We now know that the power players use AI to keep us predictable and that machines have taken over our rational tasks. The question now hanging like a sword of Damocles over humanity is: How do I become the master of my own mind again?
The answer is as spectacular as any blockbuster: we must take the step toward the Loss of the Human Form. But here we hit the greatest barrier: our own biology and a system that prefers to keep us "in the dark."
The reason almost nobody uses the manual of their consciousness is that we are being held biologically hostage. The 'Powers That Be' understand our hormonal household better than we do ourselves.
It is no coincidence that the knowledge within IVDAVRA regarding the conscious and unconscious is not common knowledge. We are raised in a 'Social Matrix' that thrives on our ignorance. In school, you learn how to follow instructions (like a machine), but no one teaches you how to manage your own inner architecture. The media acts as an external hard drive for your subconscious, constantly feeding you reactive emotions so that the quiet voice of your consciousness is drowned out by noise.

In the movie The Matrix, Neo had to be physically unplugged from the machines. For us, this means unplugging from the dopamine drips of the modern world. The inspiration to take this on comes from a healthy form of rebellion against your own addictions.
Once you train your consciousness and let go of your 'human form', your hormonal impulses, your ego-scripts, and your learned fears, you become a Sovereign Glitch. An algorithm can only steer you if you react as expected. Just as Lucy leaves her biological limitations behind in the film, you become invisible to the control systems. You are no longer a dataset; you are a sovereign being deciding in the moment, free from the past.
Growing consciousness is not a vague hobby; it is the only effective defense against the takeover by the 'Algorithmic Kings.' It requires hacking your own biology: choosing silence over noise and long-term depth over quick hits.
The arrival of AI is our ultimate final exam. It forces us to leave the 'biological machine' behind. As the computer in the classic WarGames wisely concluded: "The only winning move is not to play." Stop playing their game. Salvation lies not in better technology, but in a consciousness that can no longer be hacked. The future is a blank page. Take back the pen, lose your form, and finally begin to live as the user you were always meant to be.
